Company Profile
Eden Realty P/L is a small independent family orientated real estate company, offering friendly, personal and professional service. We are members of the NSW Real Estate Instute and promote loyalty, discretion and good ethics. Having a wealth of local knowledge and being the longest established local Real Estate office we service the far NSW south coastal area from the Victorian boarder to Merimbula and westward to Bombala.
The company was established in Eden in December 1982 when Glenn Brunette and Kel Alexander (retired surveyor) purchased the business from long term local real estate agent Doug Hepburn. At that stage the business operated as Stuart Town & Country Real Estate shortly thereafter the company moved to become independent and the business started trading as Eden Realty. In 1991 the business was offered the L.J. Hooker franchise for Eden and for 13 years the business traded as L.J. Hooker Eden. During this period the business and its staff won many awards for excellence in marketing and high sales results. Sales staff were rewarded with membership to the L.J. Hooker Captain's Club for being in the top 10% on National achievers. During this time the business grew and benefited from regular training, guidance and professional development.
In 2003 Glenn Brunette (Licensee and proprietor) decided that if the business was going to continue to grow in the way he wanted it to, it needed to change the direction it was going from a National Corporate identity to a local identity reinforced by our extensive long term local knowledge and concentrating on providing better "client benefit" strategies and ethics and quality personal service
"We will listen to you and use our extensive local knowledge and expertise to make your dream of buying or selling your property a reality".
